"While at WDW, I called for directions to the hotel. The first several times I called, the phone just rang and rang; nobody answered. Once the phone was answered, the directions I was given proved to be inaccurate. Other than that, I was pleased with the accommodations."

"the outside and inside mainentence notacceptable (broken beer bottles ---people partying all the time ---front desk was rude and not helpful ---on a daily bases the room not cleaned to good--no tv for 2 days need a radio in room to listen too----hurricane charly was in area --not kept up on current weather reports---the picture on internet was miss leading"
